If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
30-Day Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
To qualify for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Returned with all original packaging and accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Please contact us at hello.monoti@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return (optional but appreciated)
- Photos if your item arrived damaged or incorrect
We'll provide return instructions as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We'll work with you to make it right by providing a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, we'll cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
A Note About Titanium
Titanium is a natural material.
Subtle variations in color, finish, or appearance—as well as natural changes that may occur over time or with use—are normal characteristics of titanium and are not considered manufacturing defects.
These unique qualities are part of what makes every Mono-Ti product one of a kind.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Products showing signs of use
- Gift cards (if offered)
- Final sale or clearance items
